The lens is the very rare Jdemar 1:3.5/135mm (normally you find them with the 90mm lens attached). This is the so called "S" version (=Strichplatte) with enhanced precision for distance setting. In the left ocular, it shows concentric rings that correspond to the different interchangeable lenses. Internally at the rim of this ocular you can read the distance after focussing the object.
