Small Minox - Big Pictures by Rolf Kasemeier.  A number of editions denoted by the print run figures (in thousands). Published in several languages including German, English and French.

Rolf Kasemeier , Small Minox Big Pictures, 1957, 1966, 1970, 1971 -- The English version, was translated from the German by E.F.Linssen and published by Heering-Verlag - Hardcover, 110 x 150mm, glossy black and white with some details in red.   316, 200 in 1957 edition, highly illustrated pages.

The first edition was published in 1957 with most of the procedures and accessories based on the Minox-B model.

The 1971 edition was revised and updated for the new features of the Minox C (notably the auto-exposure), but some particular features of the previous models are mentioned when necessary.

The book is a Minox user guide, not for the collector but is a collectable in it's own right.

The German edition was re-printed in 1996, and is still available from www.amazon.de for €25.99 plus postage (5th release). This is hardback, without sleeve, and the front has a photograph of a Minox C and BL.

Auction prices vary with a first edition getting as much as 40USD but typical are sold at between 10USD and 30USD. German editions range in auction price from 10EUR-30EUR.
