This next variation was the change from 3/8th inch tripod screw thread to 1/4". The jaws of the two piece clamp ensure exact centring on any size ocular.
A special clamp, with a 3/8" and insert 1/4" tripod screw on it's lower end accepts the cable release.
This version has a Minox logo engraving.
