The Minox C was introduced in 1969. Minox choose a new style ever ready case for the camera with one end bending back under the camera and supporting the flap.
The case has a fitted lock screw and a triangular link to which is use to unlock the camera and to which the spring clip from the chain attaches. Because of the change in design the chain has to be longer than the standard Minox A and B chain. The first chains of the production are fitted with a double triangle. Later ones have a longer rectangular shaped link.
Cases for Minox C cameras with MINOX lens need a larger
cut-out for the lens.
