The lighter meter was sold with matching cases for the Minox A. The case was sold in August 1956 for 10.50DEM and offered in brown, red or green Saffian, cow hide black or pig skin (natural colour).
Minosix cases are of heavier material and the tongue is shorter than with later version. The loo/tuck is also wider.
The case has a slot down one side to take the button and so the needle is locked into place during transport.
