It covers some of the cameras (about 400) that were sold at the "recent" (1991) Christie's subminiature auction from the collection of David Lawrence.

A well-illustrated tour -- by country -- of different, interesting, unusual subminiature cameras.  Does not discuss technique, but is a must for collectors of subminiature cameras with the superb photos and potted history of some seldom seen cameras. Oddly Minox cameras are classified as 'disguised' cameras without showing any Minox camera hidden in books or brushes. The auction included a full set of Minolta 16 cameras, but only the Konan is illustrated in the book.
