The 1904 patent was issued to Magnus Niéll, who assigned one half of the rights to Thomas Wallace.

Thomas Wallace was issued a patent in 1920 for improvements to the original 1904 design.

Camera designer Magnus Niéll applied for this patent in 1907. It was granted in 1908. Unfortunately this improved version of the Expo Watch Camera was not manufactured for sale. This is an attractive design that among other improvements, features a built-in folding reflex viewfinder.
